Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Drain and coarsly chop artichoke hearts with a food chopper. Mix artichoke hearts with remaining ingredients and spoon into a baking dish. Bake 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
Cut out center of Italian bread. Using a sharp knife, start at one end of loaf and cut through inside to the other end, leaving bread at about 3/4 inch from the bottom. Repeat on the other side so that you have cut out the center of the loaf and it resembles a boat. Fill the cavity with hot dip, and serve with torn pieces of bread and celery sticks.
You may also heat the dip inside the bread loaf, but keep watch so as not to burn the bread.
