Recipe Ingredients

1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 cup pine nuts
2 Tbs. capers
¼ tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
½ tsp. thyme or basil (or 1 tsp. fresh)
1 cup Greek olives
1-1/2 to 2 cups parsley, chopped




Recipe Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Great served on bagels, crackers, pita, etc. If you don't like olives, try this anyway-you'll love it!
