Recipe Ingredients

1 cup roasted, salted soynuts
1 1/2 cups candy-coated soynuts
1 cup oat-ring cereal
2 cups frosted mini wheat squares cereal
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried cherries



Recipe Directions

Mix all ingredients in large bowl or container. Keep tightly closed in
container or zippered plastic bag.

Yield: 8 cups. Serving size: 1/2 cup. Per serving: 170 calories, 5 g fat, 2 g
sat fat, 5 g protein, 30 g carbohydrate, 65 mg sodium, 1.5 mg cholesterol,
3 g fiber
