Vegetarian & Vegan Ustabee Meatloaf

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups Green Giant Harvest Burger Crumbles, thawed (or Gimme Lean, or Morningstar Farms Burger Crumbles) 1 cup dry breadcrumbs 1 cup quick oats 1/3 cup ketchup 1 Tb onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 Tb
Ener-G Egg Replacer (dry) (if you aren't vegan you could use an egg)
1 cup hot water
Pan Spray
Tomato Sauce (I use 1/2 ketchup and 1/2 vegan worstershire sauce, cuz that's what my mom always put on top. Mmmm Mmmm)



Recipe Directions

In a large bowl, put
burger, crumbs, and oats. Add ketchup, onion, garlic, and Ener-G. Pour on hot water and mix well. Form into a loaf, and put
in sprayed baking pan. Pour tomato sauce (or other mixture) over loaf. Bake at 325 F for 40 - 45 minutes, basting with more
tomato sauce (or mixture) once or twice. Serve with additional sauce poured over.
