services are for graphic design only and does not include web
site design, consultation or set up.
All designs, personal images and sets remain the
property of "Victorian Elegance" Graphic Decor. You agree to purchase them
on a lease basis, paying a one (1) time usage fee as stated in packages. Exceptions
are custom design sets, logos and images to which copyrights have been relinquished.
After initial contact and discussion of your
specific needs, I will estimate the total package cost and send the estimate via e-mail or regular
postal mail or both depending upon your desires.
Upon request, I will make available a URL address
where you may view and choose from a palette of browser compatible colors.
When we agree on the final price, and I have
received a detailed, written account of your request and needs as well as 50% of the total
purchase cost, I will begin the process of creating your masterpiece. Upon project completion, the remainder of the total balance due is expected.
Upon project completion, files will be made
immediately available for download at a private URL address which I will send via e-mail.
You will also receive all files from your order on a 3 1/2" diskette sent by
regular postal mail.
