As we all know there is never anything that keeps a good movie or film going than some guy getting his head chopped off, or getting shot in the head. So we gave you these make-up tips to help you get better reveiws on your movies and films. 1. Now the first thing you need is money. It is truley to bad that make-up cost cost money, but it is about the only thing you have to pay for. 2. You can get fake blood, body-hits, fake skin, and other things that look like you just kicked your actors and actresses into a blender at any store that has to do with jokes, costumes, and even make-up. We recommend a costume store of somewhat high class, they seem to carry better quality. 3. You need to know what you need. And what you wnat. 4. Shop around, I once found fake blood for fifteen bucks, but at another store the same stuff was only five bucks. 5. Ask for some help. And if they don't know anything just e-mail us
and we can help. Now after you have went down that little list you should make sure to read all the stuff on the back of the packs. when you buy fake bullet holes, it should tell you what all you need. Most of the higher quality stuff comes in single packs. Below are some things you will need to get any type of fake skin to work. GUN SHOTS These bad boys are great. They look great through a crappy camera, and even a good one. Now they just don't stick to skin. You need something called Spirit Gumm which is an addhesive. Number two, you will need some type of skin toner, or foundation. This is to blend the edges of the bullet hole in with the skin. You will need fake blood as well, this should be put on in thick amounts and should be let to drip down around the area of the wound. Some packs will come with list that tell you what you need and how to make the hole look real, but if not here is how we do it. 1. Find out where you want the hole. Forehead, cheek, ass, whatever. 2. Wash the area where the bullet hole will be going. 3. Put small amount of Spirit Gum on the skin, and the back of the bullet hole. And then place on skin. Also, some people dabb the Spirit Gum when it is on the skin to make it more sticky. This is a good idea if you plan to have it on for long periods of time. 4. Blend the edges in with the skin with your make-up. This helps it look more real. 5. Apply the blood gel around the edge of the bullet hole. 6. Take large drops of fake blood and just put them in the center of the bullet hole. Let the blood drip down the face, or around the area until you are happy. 7. Get filming. *The Spirit Gum also has a remover. But if you want to save money, just use some rubbing alcohol.
Hello everyone. Now you may all be asking "How do I edit my little video, for cheap?" Well we are going to explain to you how to put your video's together, and how to put music on your video. Now we have upgraded our way of editing to a computer program that does a very profesional job. But due to big old laws I don't think we are aloud to tell you the name. But I'll check on that. Now there is a few things you need to get the job done. 1. Audio/Video cable, you can buy this cable just about anywhere. It has 3 or 2 male ends at one end, and the same but only female at the other end. The Video is yellow, and the two audio's are white and red. If you have only a cable with two at each end fear not. 2. A camera, video camera that is. 8mm, or VHS. 3. A VCR, and camera with audio/video inputs and outputs. 4. If you want music and the voices on the video to be herd, you must have a audio/video splitter. 2 females at one end, a male at the other. 5. Blank tapes. One that is right for your camera. And one that is right for your VCR. 6. For music. You will need a type of stereo that has audio outputs on the back. You will not be able to put music on your video if you don't have this. If you are having any trouble, check old stereo systems at the back. Newer ones do have them too. *If you are having a hard time with finding any of the above stuff, just ask your local Radio Shackie, or if you have a teacher that knows alot about video. (ie; A drama teacher who does stage work, a media taecher, even a music teacher may know. But most schools have a teacher that may know a bit about the stuff) Okay now for the big stuff. After you have all your stuff you are ready to edit. 1. Plug one end of your cable into the camera, make sure the camera is on OUTPUT. 2. Plug the other end into the VCR INPUT. 3. Now turn on the TV and however you get your videos on your VCR. (when you watch movies) *Note, you may have to hit the input button on your TV. 4. Play the tape in your camera, the footage has to be on the TV. 5. Now you should have a blank tape in the VCR, when you want to put the video on the good tape (in the VCR) just hit record on your VCR. This will record the video comming from the camera. 6. Ploish it up, by goofing around, this method takes a few times to get used to. Now that you have good video on your good tape, you may want some tunes, voice over whatever. 1. Get you spiltter. Plug it in to one of the audio's in the VCR INPUT. 2. Have two cables (one comming from your camera, and one from your Audio source) 3. The splitter should have two females that are open, plug one audio from the audio source into one, and one from the camera into the other. (This lets you have sound from both.) 4. If you just want music, plug both audio's from the audio source into the VCR INPUT. 5. Have your good tape in the camera, and another tape in the VCR, this will be your good good tape. Hit play on the camera, the VCR should be recording, and then hit play on the audio source. If this doesn't work out, just drop us a line, you may not have proper equipment. Also remember, this does a cheap job of editing. But we just say it was ment to look like that. But if you want some good quality, go to your local video production place, and spend $150 to use thier stuff, and you would more than likly have to take a $150 dollar course to learn how to use it. Well it's up to you! Keep the film rolling!
