The New Tale SpinsVolume I-IDecember 1996 |
GREETINGS:Well, our biennial reunion is one more memory in the long chain we have experienced over our lifetimes....... Boston was a great place to meet - lots of weather, history, good food and most important of all, the renewal of friendships that have become so special over the years. We truly missed those who could not be there and send along our best wishes to all who missed due to illness. The following is a list of those we heard from who just did not feel up to coming: Those giving it the good fight are: By-pass surgery kept a few away: Knee replacements that were late enough to prevent traveling: Ted Marshall suffered severe injuries in an automobile accident, but, was recovering, after several surgeries, when we last heard from Betsy. We wish them both well. New names to be added to your roster:MUMME, Lester R. - VPB-102 Crew lO - Rorman Address Changes:KALAGHAN, Charles I, (Chuck) Deceased:ANDERSEN, Tom (96); POE, William T ('96); MACHAN, John ('95); VAUGHT, Donald ('95); JANSSEN, William ('95); LATHAM, Wallace ('95) Remember, keep us informed.
