Horizontal Rules

The <hr> tag, which has no closing tag and no text associated with it, creates a horizontal line on the page.

1. size attribute indicates the thickness, in pixel, of the rule line. The default is 2, and this is also the smallest thickness that you can make the rule line.

2. width attribute indicates the horizontal width of the rule line. You can specify either the exact width in pixels, or the value as a percentage of the screen width.
