Applesauce Cake

1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup oil
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups flour, all purpose
1/4 cup egg substitute
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla

 

Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a greased bundt pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Serves 12

1 serving = 2 bread exchanges and 2 fat exchanges.
