LOAF DIP


 
1 round loaf of french or sourdough bread, NOT sliced
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
½ cup bell pepper, chopped
½ cup green onion, chopped
4 oz. jar dried beef, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt

 
Cut an opening in the loaf (like making a detached lid), then hollow it out and save the pull out bread. In a large bowl mix all the rest of the ingredients. (An electric mixer can be used).

 
Stuff the mixture into the bread and replace the "lid", wrap in foil and bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.  Refrigerate or can be served hot.

 
Serve with raw vegetables and reserved bread. The shell is pretty tasty too!
