POTATO BAKE
Whisk together:
½ cup butter, melted
½ can cheddar cheese soup
½ can cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
Mix in:
½ cup onion, finely chopped
1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
32 oz. bag of diced hash browns, thawed
Put into a 9"x13" pan.
Mix together:
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups corn flakes
Spread over the potatoes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
