Stir-fried Chicken
From Drako - Belgium
4 Chicken breasts
2 large onions
2 Carrots
various other vegetables (broccoli, beans, soya beans, ...)
Garlic
Rice wine
Ginger
Soy sauce
sugar
salt & pepper
Cut chicken into 1 cm wide strips. Put chicken in a bowl, cover with rice wine, soy
sauce, sugar, grated ginger and garlic (to taste), with salt & pepper. Leave to
marinate for 2 hrs or more.
Cut carrots into long thin slices (diagonal slicing), cut onions and other vegetables into
small pieces.
Put onions to brown in a wok, then add meat and juice, then vegetables when meat starts to
cook.
Serve on a bed of rice.
