Swedish Oven Cake

SWEDISH OVEN CAKE

 

Set oven at 425 degrees.

Put ½ cup (1 stick) butter in a 9"x13" pan and put it in the oven.

 

4 eggs
4 cups milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt

Beat all the ingredients together well. When butter is completely melted - pour batter into the pan.

Bake for about 30-45 minutes.

This recipe can be cut in half very easily.

 

A small variation - add a teaspoon or so of cinnamon.
