WINE CAKE



1 yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 large package vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg

 
Combine all the ingredients and beat well. Pour into a greased bundt pan.

 Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool slightly then turn out onto a plate.

 

 Glaze:
powdered sugar
lemon juice

Mix together to a desired consistency.

When the cake is cooled completely you can drizzle with the glaze.
