Despite strong protests by much of the staff, Andy decides to let Bailey Quarters produce WKRP's social service show, the Cincinnati Beat. But when Johnny asks for "concerned citizens" to come and be interviewed for the show, Bailey meets the longest line of cooks and crazies that Cincinnati has to offer.
