The mission of Woodmere Elementary School is to increase academic competency and social development to promote lifelong leaning. The faculty and staff are dedicated to the belief that all students are capable of learning and can be contributing citizens in our global society.

I as a parent will ensure that my child attends school regularly. I will provide a time and place for my child to complete homework assignments and help my child with assignments when I can. I will read, sign, and return important school papers as requested by the school. I further plan to keep lines of communication with the school open to monitor the progress of my child. I will strive to make my child's home environment safe and talk about to my child frequently about health and safety. I promise to spend some time each day listening to my child.
