Contestants: Jericho vs. Chris Benoit    

Match Description: 1 fall, Intercontinental Championship Title    

Winner:  as a result of a disqualification, and still WWF Intercontinental Champion Chris Benoit

Details:  As this match continued both superstars pulled out a couple of great moves.  Jericho hit Benoit with the Asai Moonsault,  and the even the Walls of Jericho at one point.  Towards the end of the match  the referee got knocked down, quickly after Chris Benoit went out of the ring to bring in his Intercontinental Title Belt.  Benoit nailed Jericho with the Intercontinental Championship Belt, and left it in the ring.  Chris Benoit head to one of the top turnbuckles and jumped off, trying to deliver his Flying Headbutt to Jericho.  While Benoit was in mid air Jericho immediately grabbed Benoit's Belt, holding it so that Benoit delivers his Flying Headbutt to the belt.  The referee got up and saw how Jericho was using Benoit's belt and quickly disqualifies him, making Benoit the winner by disqualification.  After Benoit was announced the winner Chris Jericho snapped and delivered his Walls of Jericho to the same referee that disqualified him.
