Contestants: Jericho vs. Chris Benoit match rules: Submission match, Intercontinental Championship winner: By Knockout; Chris Benoit details: As the bell rang the crowd got excited as they new what these two men could do in a ring. At the end thought it was Chris Benoit who had the final victory. Chris Benoit used his crippler cross face submission on Chris Jericho.... Jericho was so close into breaking the move by grabbing on to the ropes but that never happened. Jericho never tapped out but he got knocked out by Benoit's submission and the referee stopped the submission match on the count of a knockout and Chris Benoit left with the Intercontinental Championship Belt.
