Brief synopsis: Mulder attempts to find his sister Samantha.

SCULLY: It just doesn't seem substantial enough to warrant an investigation.
MULDER: Okay, Scully, so we disagree. It's not the first time, and it won't be the last.

SCULLY: I just think it's a good idea not to antagonize the local law enforcement.
MULDER: Who me? I'm Mr. Congeniality!

SCULLY: You never know, we might need his help one of these days.
MULDER: I'll send him a bundt cake.

SCULLY: Mulder they're N.S.A. They think the boy maybe a threat to national security.
MULDER: Come on, how can an eight-year-old boy who cam barely multiply be a threat to national security? People call me paranoid.

SCULLY: Mulder, stop running after your sister. This won't bring her back.

MULDER: You know, when I was a kid, I had this ritual, I'd close my eyes before I walked into my room because I thought that one day my sister would be there, just lying in bed, like nothing ever happened. I'm still walking into that room, everyday of my life.

MULDER: She's calling out my name, over and over again. She's crying out for help but I can't help her. I can't move.
DR. WERBER: Are you scared?
MULDER: I know I should be but I'm not.
DR. WERBER: Do you know why?
MULDER: Because of the voice.
DR. WERBER: The voice?
MULDER: The voice in my head.
DR. WERBER: What's it telling you?
MULDER: Not to be afraid. It's telling me no harm will come to her, and that one day she'll return.
DR. WERBER: Do you believe the voice?
MULDER: I want to believe.
