Tim I already have and you seem to skip right over the point I made to Paul and the list. You know why the ratification bylaw was passed. It was to prevent a repeat of the Tucson convention were the whole party structure was attempted to be replaced. The counties were never meant to go over all the little changes one at a time and vote on them. to do this would make the bylaws unworkable were some counties voted for one thing and other counties voted for another when some of the bylaws changes depend on one another. It just won't work and was never meant to. And what really gets me is that you are once again trying to change the meaning of a Bylaw from what you know was the intent when it was passed. First you are wrong and second you are not in the position to make that decision. Please stick to the job of secretary you seem to be having a tough enough time with those responsibilities without taking on things you are not responsible for. And speaking of that would you please answer the formal request I made to you as to the status of the now very late notice to Pima county. Are you going to perform the notice as the govcom had asked you to do months ago and if not please forward the contact information to the list so that someone else can do your job correctly now that e find ourselves in the very position we were trying to avoid when you were asked to contact them. This by the way is something that falls under the job of the Secretary. And Jason who is not a member of the Govcom asking Pima to forward the bylaws does not meet the formal notice that the Govcom needs for their decision making it needs to come from the Govcom. That should mean you.
Bob
