Folks, We are skipping over some very important points from other messages that have yet to be answered. First, Tim, WHY did you not provide COPIES of the Bushkin letter at the last GovCom? I provided copies of John Buttrick's letter regarding the Jason Auvenshine situation---yt YOU do not HAVE that as part of YOUR job title? We diddle with YOUR Resolutions but YOU do not HAVE to make copies so others can individually READ what they are voting on? Yet at the convention, these things are written down and voted on??? I am putting you on notice that I want PRINTED COPIES of the letter from Bushkin FOR EVERYONE ON THE GOVCOM---PUTTING IT ON THE WEB OR EMAIL IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. As Secretary, you will send WRITTEN, stamped notice to those people you are so directed to send information r requests for information to. You were directed to contact and receive information from the county chairs, and mail was certainly part of this. You were given until the next Govcom to do so, and we being the flexible group we have always been, made the assumption that YOU would do your job and give a damn about the folks--up here--that are involved. Tim, you are not above everyone else. There are no "special rules just for Tim." You will provide written and copied data and information to this group. You will provide copies of the Bushkin letter and you will STOP your interpretive dance with truth! Either you collect information, disseminate information, and provide information or you are a bottleneck thru which information NEVER gets through. You WILL provide the database information on Pima County in WRITTEN form, and provided it to Bob Anderson in his capacity of Vice-Chair and to me. I will be happy to cover the costs of postage---just make a request to the Treasurer for a disbursement of funds for postage. Again Tim "so says you. You are nobody but the Secretary. You are not the authority on the Bylaws and constitution. And the meaning and intent of the counties ratifying was to for them to give nod to the convention not relive it word by word And I suppose that we're all going to have to be inconvenienced again to have a special Govcom meeting so we can tell you what you and we all know was what the convention wanted.

and bylaws amendments. No Tim what was unexpected was that the Secretary of the party would continually try to read different meanings into the Bylaws and Constitution when unhappy with the provision even when the intent is known.
