You are making little if any sense here. What are you referring to? What resolution did I make that was not committed to print?

The report was given at, and to, the convention. If you want it repeated at the NEXT GovCom meeting, I can do that. However, we haven't had a GovCom meeting since the resolution was passed.

Again, this makes very little sense. What 'database' have I ever been given charge of, besides the GovCom list? What exactly do you want me to provide you with? The remainder of this appears to be a temper tantrum on the keyboard and I don't have the time or inclination to decipher it. As to truth, all I can say is read the constitutional provision concerning ratification by the counties. The plain language cannot be interpreted to mean that the county affiliates must ratify the convention en bloc. I interpret it as written, not as it suits my purposes.
