the death of vanessa rico's 10 month old child was
a sad tragic accident. but the prosecution of vanessa rico
for negligent homicide by maricopa county attorney richard romley
is an example of an out of control criminal justice system.

vanessa rico made the stupid mistake of leaving her child and
allowing it to drown which will haunt her for the rest of her
life. but vanessa rico is neither a criminal or a threat to
the community. it was a waste of tax dollars to put this woman on
trial. it was a waste of tax dollars for the goverment to seize 
her other children and place them in government institions. and 
it will be a waste of  more tax dollars to put her on probation 
or in jail after her conviction.

the only criminal in this case in maricopa county prosecutor
rick romley who is abusing his office to give him a tough on
crime image.
