I don't know what nitwits you are talking about and where you are getting 
your information about the sequence of events in Arizona.  The people who 
joined the Libertarian Party of Arizona, and who registered as Libertarians 
in Arizona,  knew what party they were joining.
They can speak for themselves, but I'm sure they really don't give a rat's 
ass what you think.

The Libertarian Party of Arizona has been in continuous operation since 
1973.   It was then, and is now, in control of the name "Libertarian Party 
of Arizona" both morally and legally.   The fraud, deception and the 
attempted theft of the organization has been by the new ALP, Incorporated 
which was formed in 1995 and which is only recognized by the LNC 
incorporated and which has no legal jurisdiction in Arizona.

Again it was the ALP,inc who tried to use the state courts to "hikack" the 
party name and lost and will continue to lose.

The National Libertarian Party disaffiliated the ALP not vice versa.  The 
Arizona Libertarian Party has a prior claim to that name by any standard 
you choose.

I don't know what point you are trying to make but you need to get your 
facts straight.  You have the right to any opinion you want to hold but 
when you misstate facts I am forced to respond.   You can believe that the 
earth is flat and that the moon is made out of green cheese, but when you 
state them as facts you are going to have to accept factual rebuttal.
