Dear Friends,

The City of Tucson has suffered yet another blow in the case against them
brought by the NRA and Gun Show Promoter Pat McMann.

The Court has awarded legal fees in the amount of $22,375.32 which is 100% of
the amount requested.  The fees will be used to reimburse the NRA for legal
fees that were already paid.

The City has also sent McMann a letter stating that he may continue to hold
gun shows at the TCC until the final disposition of the appeal.  So plans are
being made for the September show.

The appeal is expected to take until October or November to resolve.

Many thanks to Mick Rusing and Sean Brearcliffe, the attorneys hired by the
NRA to represent the McMann's in this case.
