i dont know if im right or wrong on this but im
just raising the issue. and if im right then it
would cause some really fun problems for the
government goons at sky harbor airport.

i think arizona law says that if a government
agency bans guns in a building they have to
check your gun when you enter the bulding
and return your gun when you leave.

this happens all the time in phoenix at the
courts and state capital, and lately people
have been making the phoenix, glendale, and
mesa librarys check their guns.

sky harbor airport is run by the city of phoenix.
i think sky harbor airport is owned by phoenix.

and at sky harbor airport your not allowed into
the areas where airplanes are boarded if you
have a gun or weapon. you have to pass thru a
metal detector and if you have a gun i think
they arrest you.

since your not allowed to take your gun into
the airplane boarding areas does arizona law require
the city of phoenix to check your
gun before you pass thru the metal detector?

i dont know the answer. but if the answer is YES we could
cause a lot problems at sky harbor airport by demanding
they allow  citizens who are disarmed to check their guns
before they enter the airplane boarding areas.

i suspect the same rules would apply down south
at the tucson airport which i think is run by
the city of tucson.

this could be fun if we had a gun rally at sky
harbor airport if a hundred or so people showed
up and requested to check their guns. probably
would make the parniod FAA goons really nervous.
