PRINCIPLE.

(*) The ONLY principle involved has to do with my integrity, and that
transcends appeasing those who make demands on me to do something I have
'promised' not to do.

Frankly I am sick of this circle.

Until I hear a NO I WONT TAKE STOLEN TAX MONEY from you... After being
asked so many time, and purposefully avoiding an answer, I just have to
throw my hands up and say "whatever" and no longer enter into this
thread of conversations.  Time is passing.

(*)I can fully appreciate your frustration.  You've made your statement.
And so have I.  I haven't avided the question, I promised not to make the
decision until it is presented, on January 1st, 2002.  If we make it, it's
because you helped, if we don't...   If you have decided NOT to help,
until...it'll be too late to help.  And similarly, no matter how many times
you ask me now, I honestly can't tell you what I'm getting you for
Christmas.  Even if you really really want to know.  Sorry.
