I think a 2nd ruling from the state court of appeals is out. I hesitate to describe it since I haven't seen it. All I know is from a phone message from David Hardy. He says that the court used Roberts Rules of Order to find in favor of Inc. He said the court said that if the merger vote was invalid, then someone at the meeting should have raised it at the meeting, and the authority for that is Roberts Rules of Order. Since that wasn't done, no court has authority to second-guess the convention outcome. As I said, this is just in a phone message that was left on my answering machine, so my idea could be inaccurate or confused.
