In fact this was thought of by Ricky "The Man" Duncan. He said all we had to
do was register as a party for Independents and POOF, instant ballot status.
At least newly registered independents culd be claimed and in a couple of
years POOF, ballot status. Maybe someone should try it for giggles. But
You'd _definately_ see some election law changes on that one :)
