Why bother? There are many reasons not to vote. Among the most compelling,
in my view, is that there is _no_ way of knowing whether your vote is
counted. We know that many elections have been riddled with various kinds
of fraud, and we know the capability remains in place for it to happen
again and again, virtually anywhere, at any time.

And what is your only "protection"? You have to trust bureacrats & party
hacks (all Ds & Rs) who have the key posts in the election process. You
know, the government folks who are only there to "serve" you. Are they
worthy of such trust? How do you know?
