Yes.  I have no doubt that there will continue to be Libertarian 
candidates on the ballot.  The only question some have is whther or 
not they will be libertarians who abide by libertarian principles.

Not to toot my own horn or anything, but when I ran for State Senate 
last year I focused quite heavily on eliminating the income tax in 
Arizona by 2004.  I also proposed to separate school and state; the 
first step in which was to allow any parent to obtain a refund of any 
taxes paid to the state up to the amount of taxes actually paid, 
against homeschool or private school expenses up to the amount the 
state would otherwise spend on educating that child in public 
school.  This is not a voucher system...it is a refund of SPECIFIC 
taxes paid by a SPECIFIC individual to that individual.  I also 
talked about the removal of state regulatory agencies like the 
Department of Health Services which shut down a perfectly safe 
privately run "Mothers Day ut" program simply because they didn't 
have a sink in EVERY ROOM of the facility (a church).
