Bill, in my election campaigns I took delight in being always in a position to "take the high road".
Also, I am convinced that more than half of the statues and programs put into effect the last 20 or 30 years are unconstitutional and almost all of the unconstitutional ones are also immoral.
For example, it is immoral to take the earnings of selected groups (most lobbyists, but not all and everyone who is penalized or fined) and giving the money to political candidates to pay their campaign expenses. It's also unconstitutional.
Thus I posed three questions in my previous message to you. I repeat them below:
The questions I'm asking myself and others are:
1. What is the authorization for the Scottsdale City Council purchasing the property for approximately $4500K and spending approximately $500,000 for demolition and cleanup? More broadly, what is the authorization for a city council to act as developer of real property?
If the city council claims that Statutory Acts by the Arizona State Legislature are the "legal" basis for such activity then the next questions are"
2. What legislative act(s) are claimed as the basis?
3. Are the claimed act(s) onstitutional?
Best wishes to you and Professor Damask. We need many more activists such as you and Nick.
Sincerely
Ray Price Liberty Lover

Dear Mr. Price:
I received the information you sent. Thank you. Your resume is quite impressive.
I am actually hoping the city of Scottsdale decides to build something on the Smitty site and control the production of whatever goes there. That way, we can label them as communists and really smear the heck out of them.
What are your thoughts?
Regards, Bill
