Woah, Jason. So far you're the only one who has said anything about disaffiliaitng Pima. I'm just asking Tim as secretary if they are in compliance with the bylaws as an affiliate and if not, what do they need. There is a open issue here we've been tactily ignoring so far. And with the bylaws ratification i can no long be ignored.

something...if he sends it directly to the Pima Chair I can almost guerantee the result will be not be a positive response, which means ALP will end up disaffiliating Pima. In order to avoid that situation, which would play right into Peter's desire to _isolate_ Pima folks from ALP, I suggested an alternative: Let me kow what is required and I will make a formal request of the chair as a Pima LP member. >

Nobody should find that surprising. It doesn't take a genius to see that the only way to get this done is going to be via some other mechanism than a DIRECT demand from ALP upon the Pima chair. I am offering to be that mechanism. >

alienate the Libertarians in this state. Is that what you want? If not, then at least let me attmpt to use my status as a PCLP member and contributor to get what is needed to fulfill the ALP bylaws requirements so PCLP can remain affiliated. >
