    Although I believe you are mistaking in your
interruption of the resolution at the govcom meeting.
If those on the list could refresh my memory I thought
the it was to determine the status of compliance so we
could have a proper notification for bylaws
ratification. That being the case it only stands to
reason that as we find ourselves faced with this that
very subject that those not in compliance should not be
included. Does that train of thought make sense.
