Absolutely outstanding Kyle! It will also cost seconds leaving the
neighborhood too on the way to the hospital, not to mention josling
and bumping a passenger (pateint) around, which is generally bad for
those who are suffering internal injuries, broken bones, or heart
attacks. Makes it hard for the paramedics to work on the patient
while the ambulence is moving too.

Yes they are. People approaching a circle, who are unfamiliar with it, may go the wrong direction in the circle, especially if they are looking for a house on the left side of the street (from their perspectivew).
