What was expected was for you to do what the Govcom
asked you to do. And that was to send out the notices
to the counties in question, Pima being one of these.
We talked about Pima at that meeting and that the
Bylaws ratification was to be a problem if they didn't
comply. At that point you as Sec. was directed to send
out notices to the counties and you have FAILED to do
as asked. At this point I ask you as Vice Chair to do
what was request of you buy the Govcom or pass on the
contact information so that it can be done in your
absence this is a formal request to perform before
leaving or to pass this information on so it can be
dealt with. Please post to the Govcom which it will be
before leaving on vacation.
