- a maneuver to ignore the above is to move that "nominations be approved by acclaimation." Meaning rather than have a vote, just accept all those who want to be on the Board.

- once a new Board is approved (bogus, but whatever) Then see about joining up with others to defeat them!!!

- Naturally Stall will not appear.

Sort of like congressional politics.
