Ordonez' 3-run walk-off homer off Huston Street with 2 outs beats Oakland, which build a 3-0 lead early only to let it slip away in the middle innings.

The A's get to starter Jeremy Bonderman for 2 runs in the 1st inning, and another in the 4th. However, Detroit gets to Danny Haren in the 5th, as Curtis Granderson and Craig Monroe have back-to-back doubles, cutting the lead to 3-2. The Tigers tie it on Ordonez's solo HR in the 6th.
