Baltimore is awarded a run, 3 innings after Nick Markakis crossed the plate ahead of Miguel Tejada being doubled off 1st base following a fly ball to end the 3rd inning. The delayed run puts the Orioles ahead 3-2. The Indians protest.

However, Cleveland does rally to take the lead 4-3 before Corey Patterson's 2-run double puts Baltimore ahead for good.
