Memphis twice ties the score in the 4th quarter, the second time, when DeAngelo Williams scores on an 11-yard run w/ 1:37 left in the game. But Reggie Lindsey's 55-yard return of the ensuing kickoff sets up Corey White's 30-yard TD run w/ :13 left.

The Tigers had overcome a 21-3 halftime deficit, tying the game in the 4th quarter when Danny Wimprine hits Tavares Gideon with a TD pass for the 2nd time, and then they connect on a 2-point play. The tie lasts until Darrell Hackney with a 35-yard TD pass with 4:53 remaining.
