Memphis builds a 16-0 lead by halftime with a 20-yard TD pass from Danny Wimprine to Tavares Gideon in the 1st quarter, and 3 FGs by Stephen Gostkowski.

Pat Julmiste pulls USF back into the game with a 1-yard TD w/ 3:54 remaining in the 3rd quarter. But Williams puts the game away for the Tigers. Williams scores on a 51-yard TD on the next possession, then adds a 44-yard TD in the 4th quarter to extend Memphis' lead to 31-7.

Andre Hall runs for 134 yards on 24 carries for the Bulls.
