Omar Jacobs could only be better if he cut off the idiotic dreads, pitching a near perfect game. Jacobs throws for 365 yards and 5 TDs, including 4 in the first half as the teams trade scores.

Bowling Green leads 35-28 at the half, but Memphis loses Williams in the third quarter, after running for 120 yards and a TD. Tigers QB Danny Wimprine throws for 324 yards and 4 TDs.

In the second half, the Falcons pull away. P.J. Pope scores his 2nd TD in the second half, and finishes with 151 yards rushing. Bowling Green receivers Steve Sanders and Charles Sharon have a pair of TD catches. Sanders finishes w/ 123 yards, Sharon has a 117 yards.
