#2 Longhorns flirt with disaster, and then leave the Cowboys in the dust for a 47-28 win.

Al Pena runs for a TD, and throws for 2 TDs to D'Juan Woods, including a 29-yarder to give Oklahoma State a stunning 28-9 lead w/ 5:44 left in the first half. Texas cuts it to 28-12 on David Pino's 21-yard FG on the final play of the half.

The 2nd half is ALL Texas led by Vince Young and Romance Taylor. Young breaks free for an 80-yard TD on the 3rd play of the second half, then adds an 8-yard TD run and a 21-yard TD pass to Neale Tweedie in the 3rd quarter. Taylor then puts it away with TD runs of 57 and 12 yards in the 4th quarter.

Young throws for 239 yards and 2 TDs, and runs for 267 yards and 2 TDs. Taylor gains 71 yards and 2 TDs on just 5 carries. Oklahoma State's Mike Hamilton runs for 194 yards.
