Penn State pulls out to a 21-0 lead in the first half, and its defense shuts down Wisconsin's running game and creates negative plays in the passing game. The Lions hold Brian Calhoun to 38 yards rushing, and sack John Stocco 9 times, leaving Wisconsin with a minus-11 yards rushing. Tamba Hali accounts for 4 sacks. Stocco also throws a pair of INTs.
