Ball State gets a pair of chip shot FGs from Brian Jackson in the 2nd half to slip past Toledo. Nate Davis goes 15-of-30 for 212 yards and 2 TDs, both in the 1st half. Terry Moss catches 6 for 127 yards, including a 24-yard TD reception that ties it 7-7 in the 1st quarter.

Moss' TD follows a 92-yard TD run by Jalen Parmele. Parmele runs for 173 yards for the Rockets. Ball State's Larry Bostic rushes for 143 yards.
