Minnesota wins its 3rd straight to close the regular season, while beating Iowa for the 1st time in 5 years to win the Floyd of Rosedale trophy.

The Gophers force 5 turnovers, including 4 INTs, and Amir Pinnex runs for 119 yards and 2 TDs, while Bryan Cupito throws for 267 tards and 2 TDs. Cupito becomes the 1st Minnesota QB to surpass 7,000 yards in a career.

Cupito's 3-yard TD pass to Matt Spaeth in the 3rd quarter helps break open a close game, giving Minnesota a 27-17 lead. Pinnix stretches the lead with a 25-yard TD run early in the 4th quarter.
