Paul Thompson sneaks by, converting a 4th-and-inches from Oklahoma's own 29 with just 1:25 remaining in the game to deny Texas A&M a final shot at the upset. The Sooners stopped 2 Aggie drives in the 4th quarter to force FGs and maintain the lead.

Allen Patrick carries the Sooners to a 14-3 lead in the 1st quarter, running for 1-yard TD and setting up Thompson's 7-yard TD run. Patrick rushes for 173 yards, offsetting a 39-yard passing effort by Thompson.
