#10 Sooners overcome Blazers 24-17 in a challenge.

With instability at quarterback, Oklahoma's offense is mistake-prone turning it over 4 times, as UAB threatens the upset. After Adrian Peterson's 4-yard TD run gives the Sooners a 14-7 lead early in the 2nd half, the Blazers respond with a 24-yard TD pass from Sam Hunt to Corey White and a 32-yard FG by Swayze Waters to grab a 17-14 lead.

Peterson is the man again though, turning a short pass into a 69-yard TD from Paul Thompson. Peterson's TD regains the lead of Oklahoma w/ 3:39 left in the 3rd quarter. Peterson finishes with 139 yards rushing. Thompson goes 14-of-24 for 227 yards and 2 TDs, but also tosses 2 INTs.
