Iowa caps a 15-play drive with Daniel Murray's 31-yard FG w/ :01 left, ending Penn State's unbeaten season and national title hopes. The Hawkeyes had survived a critical roughing the punter penalty that kept alive a potential clinching drive by the Lions. However, Tyler Sash's INT of Daryll Clark deep in Iowa territory stops the drive and keeps the Hawkeyes in the game.

Shonn Greene rushes for 117 yards and 2 TDs, including a 6-yarder in the 4th quarter that pulls the Hawkeyes within 23-17.
