Jerrod Johnson lifts the South to a 30-20 win over the North.

The Texas A&M-bound Johnson throws 4 TD passes, while going 10-of-18 for 188 yards, and adding 41 more yards rushing. Defensive MVP Broderick Marshall (JC/Texas Tech) forces 2 turnovers in the 1st quarter, blocks a PAT and then ends the game with an INT.

The North gets the inital lead on a 4-yard TD toss from Clark Harrell (Tulsa) to Antwan Cobb (Texas) w/ 6:27 left in the 1st quarter. But Johnson ties it with a 25-yard TD pass to Toddrick Pendland (McNeese State). The South goes up 9-7 before halftime following a safety.

Johnson extends the lead in the 3rd quarter with a 62-yard connection with Andre McCorkle (Southwest Texas State). However, the North retakes the lead following a 1-yard TD run by Nathan Tune (North Texas walk-on) and a 29-yard TD pass from Tune to Clint Renfro (TCU).

But the 4th quarter belongs to Johnson and the South. Johnson hits Chris Caflisch (Texas A&M) with a 27-yard TD pass, and then Gary Ragston for an 11-yard TD.
